Pioneer The NavGate AVIC-F10BT couldn’t be easier to use. Simply speak to it to plan routes, select audio sources and control primary phone functions to make your journeys easier and safer. The system also applies Text-to-Speech (TTS) to provide detailed voice guidance messages and safely relay traffic information, flagging events within 150km and suggesting new routes based on TMC bulletins.
With audio, there’s no compromise with the AVIC-F10BT: alongside high-end components, the unit integrates our Advanced Sound Retriever (ASR), which constantly adjusts frequency response and sound pressure of compressed music, especially in the high and low frequency ranges, to put the harmonics lost during compression back into your music.
If you prefer more muscle, 3 hi-voltage RCA outs are on tap to connect additional amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers.
You can play your tunes in virtually any format from USB, SD or CD and DVD – and enjoy DivX video from these sources, too.
Pioneer AVIC-F10BT Dual Zone function lets front seat passengers listen to music from one source and be guided by navigation, while rear-seat passengers can watch a movie from DVD, iPod-Video on the optional rear screens.
Communications are overseen by a Parrot Bluetooth module. This means you can leave your phone anywhere in the vehicle or in your pocket and your addresses are automatically available to browse and call.
Personalise your system by changing the main menu screen using drag and drop icons and create your own customised ‘short cut’ menu to provide instant access to your most used features.
And with our online NavGate Feeds PC application, you can add POIs using Google Maps, and track and analyse journeys (useful for expenses) through the Drive Report function. Also, an Eco Report is available to provide an evaluation of driving performance (including acceleration, braking and CO 2 emissions) – with graphics on your PC presenting data such as fuel consumption.
By inserting an RSS feed in NavGate Feeds, you can select locations of geo-tagged images and add them to your NavGate unit as POIs via SD.

Play your music and film collection
Boasting a wealth of must-have multimedia features, our NavGate systems can convert your car into a mobile entertainment centre. Plug in your iPod® (supporting generations from October 2005), play your DVDs and CDs, connect your USB device and SD card to enjoy your audio and video library on the move.
All NavGate systems have our integrated MOSFET 4 x 50W amplifier; this means that all audio is amplified precisely and powerfully through your car speakers.
No more ear pieces, cradles or wires
All NavGate systems include a Parrot Bluetooth® module so you can easily connect your Bluetooth mobile phone and make hands-free calls so you can keep both hands on the steering wheel. Up to 3 mobile phones can be registered giving you and your passenger's greater convenience, especially if there are other drivers using the car.
You can also transfer your phonebook to the NavGate address book in just a few simple, easy steps. NavGate will then automatically detect any new updates to your phone contact list, and update itself.
For additional safety you can also add an optional reversing camera for a full-colour, wide-angle view of what's behind your car when in reverse.
The gateway to so much more
Pioneer's NavGate systems come pre-installed with the latest and most comprehensive European maps, including millions of POIs (Points of Interest), for accurate door-to-door navigation.
NavGate will automatically and quickly recalculate your route in case you miss a turn, or change your plans. You can also avoid traffic jams thanks to the built-in TMC receiver providing you with up-to-the-minute detailed traffic information.
The 3D elevation and 3D landmarks feature provides you with a more realistic representation of your surroundings. With clear, easy-to-follow voice guidance and text-to-speech functionality, navigation to your destination will be easier and safer.
In addition, you can also add your own customised POIs via your USB device and SD card.
Destination
NavGate will get you to your destination safely. The 5.8-inch touch screen with large, intuitive menu items makes operation quick and easy. And of course, the screen is portable (with battery included). So you can switch between cars, too.
Highly accurate Tele Atlas maps for 29 European countries are pre-installed on the integrated flash memory. Optional views are also available to make your route guidance easier.
NavGate acts as a complete entertainment hub with multiple A/V inputs and is able to play audio and video files.
AV Source
You can connect and have full control of your iPod, USB stick or a wide range of multimedia players; even files recorded to an SD card.
Due to the powerful processor, you can even enjoy your iPod tunes, for example, whilst simultaneously using the navigation features.
You also have the option of adding a reversing camera. This enhances safety by transmitting a view from the rear of your car to the touch screen.
Contacts
NavGate includes a Parrot Bluetooth phone interface. Your mobile phone can be left anywhere in your car and your contacts will be displayed and accessible via the touch screen. Conversations are relayed in crystal clarity by your car speakers.
All audio - including the sound of the original car radio - is amplified by our highly regarded 4X50 MOSFET amplifier and delivered through the car speakers.
You can personalise your AVIC-F500BT, for example, by creating customised points of interest using a web-based application and then loading the location coordinates (together with a representative icon of the location) onto the unit's maps.
