The Parrot RKi8400 provides instant access to your music
.Thanks to its special cables, it can support any musical source you want: iPod, iPhone, USB flash drive, and even SD cards, Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) peripherals or any other analogue player. You can easily browse through your music library and view the playlist and album covers on the colour screen.
The Parrot RKi8400 features the most advanced hands-free telephony technologies. The phonebooks on the mobile and RK8400 are automatically synchronised. You can receive your calls without needing to take the phone out of your pocket, you can browse the list of contacts on the car stereo's screen and listen to the kit say the names in the phonebook. You can also make calls using the built-in voice recognition feature. When a call comes in, the contact's name is displayed and the music is automatically muted, only to be switched back on at the end of the call.
The RKi8400 has a removable front panel which combines matt black with chrome features. The main functions are all accessible via an elegant rotary button, making browsing through the menus more intuitive. The high-definition 2.4” colour screen displays in an instant all your information, phonebook, menus, music, playlist, album covers, etc.
A highly practical storage compartment is located behind the RKi8400’s removable front panel, ideal for hiding your phone, MP3 player or USB flash drive. A special cover provides your devices with excellent protection, whatever the circumstances. To access your devices more quickly, use the auto-insert mechanism on the front panel. The insertion process is quick and you only need one hand to do it.
Equipped with a 200 W MOFSET amplifier, the Parrot RKi8400 can offer you a new musical experience. Totally integrated into the vehicle’s audio system, conversations and music are transmitted via the speakers for maximum listening quality. To make the experience even more enjoyable, the RKi8400 has a built-in equaliser and includes sound effects that can be adapted to any style of music.

Parrot's latest RKi8400 in-dash car stereo was specially built for the iPhone, where it allows one to drive for mile after mile while enjoying their favorite tunes in a hassle-free manner. It is able to invoke the hands-free mode whenever someone calls thanks to Stereo Bluetooth connectivity and A2DP support, capable of playing nice with all iPhones and second generation iPod touch models as long as they run on firmware 3.0 and above. Other dockable iPods are also supported, while an SDHC memory card slot lets you store changeable albums without having to occupy the included USB port. All sources will be able to hook up to the unit's 200W MOSFET amplifier. The Parrot RKi8400 retails for $400 Stateside.

The Parrot MINIKIT is a Bluetooth hands-free kit. It features the very latest generation of DSP-2 signal processing algorithms and a high-definition 2W speaker for crystal clear conversations in any situation.
It follows you everywhere
It attaches to the car’s sun visor and can easily be slipped into your pocket thanks to its small size and lightweight design - a mere 104g. It has its own battery, offering 10 hours’ talk time and over a week on standby.
It recognises your voice
The Parrot MINIKIT is designed to simplify your calls via the user-defined voiceprints (max.150/phone). It uses its own, not the phone’s, voice recognition feature, thereby avoiding any need to handle the phone whilsit in the car for greater safety at the wheel.
