Coleman Two Mantle Powerhouse Lantern The Powerhouse lantern from Coleman is traditionally 'Hurricane' style designed with the benefit of operating off two fuel sources. The powerhouse uses 2 mantles resulting in an amazing illumination of the immediate area.
One of the outstanding features of this lantern is its ability to run on two types offuel. The default or main fuel should be Coleman's specially blended fuel that is refined to maximise the life of the lantern. This is readily available at most good camping outlets. The second fuel choice is regular unleaded petrol. The lantern is perfectly equipped to run on this fuel as well, though it is recommended to use the Coleman fuel as much as possible. Lighting is easy with ordinary matches and the lantern can operate for up to 14 hours on one tank of fuel. An ideal light for all night-time outdoor activity from elvering on the Severn to camping and fishing.
