The system is combined with a multimedia player capable of playing a wide range of media such as DVD video and CD. All these functions are elegantly packed into a compact 1-DIN size unit. The individual system performance is outstanding, but when combined with iPod control through the touch panel and other fascinating media, this unit truly generates an almost unimaginable range of possibilities and future extendibility to provide drivers with the ultimate system configuration.

Clarion’s in-dash, 7-inch monitor is the source for all media and function information, allowing the user to access a host of features with a simple touch of the on-screen menu. The menu is laid out in an easy-to-understand fashion by displaying all actions related to media sources and functions. Even DVD movie menus can be controlled directly through the touch screen, to enjoy your favourites the way you wish.

The SH-Navi1 LSI chip provides rapid route calculation, and together with the high-speed graphics rendering IC, it assures highly accurate and comfortable car navigation. The system supports Windows Automotive 5.0 for upgradeability, and is able to handle full map data thanks to the high capacity of the hard disk drive.
