The Carcomm car kit for the XDA II range of Pocket PC Phones is the only bespoke car kit available on the market today. It will power and charge your PDA while on the move, and hold it securely is position.
The car kit has two types of inputs - both PS2 and Serial, so it can take an input from many types of GPS receivers, such as Carcomm's own receiver, Holux, Haicom and even TomTom or Leadtek. (Adaptor required for all but Carcomm).The serial input means you can connect a handheld GPS like a Garmin, or even an on-board tracking device

The kit has been made specifically for this range of PDAs so is moulded to perfection for a great fit every time. You simply slot in the XDA and off you go.
A cigarette lighter plug is provided to give power to the GPS receiver and PDA. An external fuse is also provided for hard-wiring if required.
Mounting is either by screw-fix or windscreen suction with a long 12" gooseneck arm.
