Just to say the Garmin has arrived safely and in less than 10 minutes we had it unpacked, up and running and a trial trip underway. [Not bad for a pensioner aka Senior Citizen]. Knowing this area as I do, I still couldn't fool it and am v impressed. Looking forward to trying it out in Normandy next week. Dear Sirs, We received the Portable DVD Player in time for my son's birthday, this being due to outstanding customer service from both MNC Group and Centurion. It appears the product I ordered was out of stock but following an email I sent to yourselves asking when the DVD was going to arrive, I received a phone call from Lee Gomersall. This was a surprise to me as I don't normally associate having a conversation with somebody, having ordered through the internet. I had a very good conversation with Lee and he explained what MNC and Centurion were prepared to do in order that my son received his gift in time for his birthday. I wanted to take the time to personally thank all the people involved and to assure you that I will be using your service again. I will also endeavour to make sure my colleagues and friends here my story and they will be made aware of your web site. It is refreshing to know that true customer service is still available.

I got a telephone call on Wed or Thurs of last week asking if I had received my Street Pilot as it seemed that the order had been overlooked your end. I confirmed that it had not yet arrived and I was about to start chasing MNC. He said it would be dispatched that day andiIt was delivered on Friday 30th July. Thanks very much for your efficient service. When you said 3-10 days I assumed it would be working days and Friday was enough time for me to work out how to use it and programme my trip to Belgium. I look after my wife and son who both have the same long term illness and have not had a break for years but I am a fan of 1960s racing Yamahas and they are bringing the 1960s factory bikes over to Europe and it is a chance in a lifetime to go and see them and the Street Pilot will help me get there with the minimum stress.
