Non-Card & Card holders Delivery Address
Our delivery included on your order is restricted to the United Kingdom mainland, to the address to which your credit/debit card is registered. Further charges are charged as below to designated area’s. Non-card holders delivery addresses only apply to Trade accounts, Cheque payment and Transfer payment orders otherwise goods are sent to card holders address.

All deliveries made by Courier must be inspected for damage, signed for and you should keep your receipt.

What happens if you are not in to receive goods? The Courier will leave a card (We called today) you can use this card to pick your item up from your local branch or re-arranged delivery again or to a neighbour. Sometimes drivers may have run out of cards or maybe cannot locate a letter box or delivery box in some circumstances. For this reason you are also emailed the tracking number on despatch to tell you day of delivery (given you email is correct) We advise You check your email or login into Google if using Google checkout.

Any failed delivery needing collection by MNC as a result of failed delivery are subject to a collection and carriage forward charge at the same cost of delivery. Goods are available for collection for 5 working days. You will not be refunded delivery if you cannot collect or be in to receive goods once despatched. Although we do everything we can to meet the delivery times described in that section, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you think your delivery as been delayed or you have not had your goods please email delivery. Delivery is a express service and is not refundable.

1) Express insured Delivery
Our average Delivery Cost is £6.99 MainLand UK Only. PLEASE NOTE: Large parcels over 10KG and in big volume in size and items over £500 I.E. TV, Marine, Trailers, Freezers & Garden Furniture do vary on checkout delivery cost. Your order will be with you next Day to 10 working days (However in most cases next working day subject to stock) & will require a signature upon delivery. NB: Express insured Delivery is none refundable. This is due to high risk of fraud and damage. All goods have to be insured with express delivery. This is no negotiable due to credit card fraud and the rise in stolen goods.

A Additional Surcharge for BFPO will be charged. Our average Delivery Cost is £14.99 BFPO addresses. Because of the nature of the Censored Delivery which is out of our hands BFPO, Barrack's, Living quarters and Forces addresses can not be insured. Any missing, damaged or stolen items through this system can not be refunded. We do however ask for you to have them delivered to a Non-BFPO or Forces address to avoid any disappointment.

Delivery times
We aim to deliver within 2-10 working days between 9pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays. If you place your order after 3pm, the next day will be considered the first working day. You will know whether we have despatched your item by courier from the (third) e-mail we send to you confirming despatch. If you specifically ask for next working day delivery and you cancel after shipping we will charge an administration fee for rushing the job through the system and not refund delivery as this is a urgent request.

Split Shipping
If you request that part of your order needs to be shipped as all items on your order are not in stock, we will split ship your order at your request. This will accrue a £5.50 split ship charge for extra admin and delivery costs.

Change Of Address - Carriage forward charge - Refused Delivery
Change of address and re-directing of parcels will be charged accordingly to the weight and size of parcel. Carriage forward charge normally is the same cost of your first delivery. If delivery is refused Delivery will not be refunded and the same charge for redirecting the goods back to MNC Group will be added. Leaving Goods with neighbours and any other third party at request will waive liability if lost or stolen. Customers are insured for cardholders address only. Customers unwilling to collect goods as at times this can be of some inconvenience or a emergency. MNC will collect goods if advised from depot and will charge £20 for for failed delivery and collection service.


Special Orders
Sometimes due to limited stock, special orders for discontinued items and high demand items, delivery times can be delayed. Special Order items and products not listed on MNC website are non-refundable.

Missing/Wrong/Damaged Goods on arrival 24h Notification

If your goods were damaged/Wrong Item or missing on arrival, you have 24 hours to notify MNC. Please submit the returns form and we will arrange for the return & replacement of your damaged/Wrong Item or missing equipment. If you do not notify use within 24Hrs your delivery insurance is void. If you have used the product you will not be legible for a refund and can not send the goods back for exchange. You are responsible for signing for the goods and inspecting them. If the goods are broken "Physical Damage" and you do not notify us with 24hrs we have no proof that the goods were delivered damaged. If you have used the goods you have Cleary excepted them and did not check to see if you had the correct goods. You can not return used goods so please make sure you order is correct.
If for any reason the returns form does not work please email. We do not except notification by phone.

Collection charges
Cancellations, returns, replacements and faulty items not under a on site warranty. The cost of returning these goods to MNC Group will be the customer’s responsibility. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MNC Group. We do advise that parcels are sent by reordered delivery and goods are signed for. Sometimes we ask for proof of delivery (POD) as they can go missing in post etc. Customers unwilling to send back goods as at times this can be of some inconvenience MNC can collect goods if advised and will charge £20 for this service.

Towbar Delivery
Due to the weight and volume towbars are charged at £11.99 Next Working Day but in most caes this can take up to 3 - 4 Working Days on some towbars that need to be made up.

Expensive items & Special orders
We class items over £100 Expensive items and any orders that need to be pre-ordered due to high demand are classed as Special orders. These goods will be charged a minimum of £10 delivery for insurance delivery purposes. If you would like the order to be sent any other way please contact us but this could mean that the product will not be insured and a guarantee of delivery.
