Cancellations & Returns

Returns Policy We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble money-back guarantee unless stated a sale or clearance item. You may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Then you will be issued with a Returns Materials Authorisation number (RMA) and providing you return the goods "un-used as new " in original condition (i.e. with any seals and shrink-wrap intact or Un-opened) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Goods still can be shipped within 24hrs of your Cancellation due to automated system and the goods booked on the delivery system. Please cancel at your earliest opportunity before goods are shipped and to stop unnecessarily returns.

Before returning the goods you must notify us in writing or email of your wish to cancel. This can be done by obtaining an MNC Group RMA return number from the MNC Group website www.mncgroup.co.uk/content/support/
This will ensure the safe return of the goods. If you return any merchandise without approval it will be refused and returned to you. Google orders should also use this form and not google account to cancel.

You must return the goods to the address and in the manner indicated on the return form documentation.

The MNC Group Returns Materials Authorisation number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the parcel in which the products are returned to MNC Group.

The cost of returning the goods to MNC Group will be the customer's responsibility. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MNC Group. Cancellations will only be accepted if the goods are returned with all accessories, instructions, documentation and original packaging and are in an as new condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you. You must return any free gifts supplied with the goods.

Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.

We will not accept cancellations for:
1. Goods made to the customers own specification Special Order items & specific product not list on MNC website. (i.e. Towbar & Towbar Electrics, Custom Computers, laptops & Custom Car entertainment systems & accessories, Product accessories Cables, power leads, batteries, Mounts etc)
2. DVDs, CDs, software, audio or video tapes or any goods accompanied by these items if the customer has unsealed them.
3. Refurbish second hand equipment, display models & ex demo. (On sale non-return )
4. Goods that have been registered or included a service (i.e GPS Services)
5. Goods are returned within 7 days in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days
6. If goods are refused its because the above criteria is not met, we`ll return them to you and also charge your credit card for the value of the carriage.
7. If goods have been on offer and bought in the sale (sale items).
8. A restocking fee of 25% can be charged if any surcharges are brought into effect because of the return of a item is as follows (i) past seven day period if agreed by MNC (ii) Etc services have had to be taken into consideration (deregistration, repackaging) (iii) mistreated or defaced in anyway. (iv) Used Goods with User info on unit, GPS Logs, Computer programs loaded, agreeing to software terms.
9.We do not offer a refund policy on non-UK mainland deliveries, so please make sure you are ordering the correct product.

Failing to return cancellation goods .
MNC will claim against the consumer for breach of their statutory duty and contract. This will be the product cost of your purchase, a further contractual interest of 25% of the product cost and any legal fees including travel accommodation costs.

Return Form Instructions
When issued a return form for exchange repair or refund – goods must be sent back with 7 days
All Repairs, Exchange and Refunds will be done within 30 Days.
If you have not received your Repair or Exchange within 30 days and not notified us
within 30Days that you have not had your goods, in some circumstances
delivery insurance can be void if your goods have gone missing. You must tell us
Within this time if you have not received your goods or we cannot claim
for lost goods in transit and refund cannot be given.

Admin charges
Ordering the wrong Product or Pre-Ordering a product results in administrative expenses processing the order, Allocating the correct stock, cancelling the order and booking stock back into the system, paper work, invoicing, crediting, refunding, accounts, warehouse despatch & Delivery etc. If you have made the wrong order or Pre-Ordered and want to cancel a £15 admin fee will not be refunded and any credit card surcharge or delivery of the total cost back onto your card.

Trade sale and B2B

Goods are non-refundable to B2B customers and Trade customers. Goods that have been discounted to these customers will be replaced if faulty or credited if faulty items are end of line.

Faulty Goods past 7 days Manufacturer's Warranty Applies

If goods are faulty after 7 days of the receipt of the goods, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly. Contact details for all MNC Suppliers can be found here click here

You can also send goods back to MNC, however, this will only prolong the process as MNC will forward them to the relevant manufacturer. Goods must be sent to MNC in full retail packing and condition with no missing parts. The cost of returning the goods to MNC Group will be the customer’s responsibility. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MNC Group. Like retail you have to take the goods back to be exchanged. Pay for travel and parking etc. We do advise that parcels are sent by recorded delivery and goods are signed for.
Sometimes we ask for proof of delivery (POD) as they can go missing in post etc.

On receiving these goods, the manufacturer will test the product(s). If found to be faulty and the goods have been opened/registered, they will be returned to the owner. Alternatively, a refund can be offered but the user is liable to a 25% re-stocking fee as the goods cannot be sold as new.

If you do not wish to send the goods back to the manufacturer directly and understand that sending faulty goods back to MNC will extend the "post 7 day warranty" process, then fill out the returns form on the link banner above:

Advanced Replacements
For customers who want the faulty unit back urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. MNC will send out a
advanced replacement but will bill you at the original cost. On receipt of the old faulty unit physically undamaged in anyway you will be refunded. If the unit is not faulty and was done to user error or bad install etc and we find the unit as been registered you will only be refund less 25% restocking fee for taking the unit back into stock.

Please Note: Satellite Navigation Systems should only be used as an Navigational Aid and users should not heavily rely on SatNav systems for routes, speed, highway codes etc. Hence any map discrepancies should be reported to the Map Manufacturer where fixes may be available via updates or anticipated updates. Sometimes a External Aerial can help reception especially with some cars with heat reflective windscreens etc. These issues will not be regarded as faults and are not eligible for refunds.

Product fitting Disclaimer.

The Seller MNC shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the fitting or the use of the services of a third party company. MNC only provide products to the consumer. It is the customer’s Legal responsibility to check the quality of the products to deem them working or not fit for purpose before use or any fittings occurs. MNC waive the right and sole responsibility for any refund or claim for third party services and compensation against any product bought from MNC due to not been tested before fitting.

After the fitting of products a refund cannot be awarded and only a replacement will be provided. Products are prone to becoming faulty due to un-professional fitting or a faulty installation environment.
