Accepting Orders & Security

Order Acceptance
All orders for Products placed by you with MNC Group are subject to acceptance by MNC Group. MNC Group may in its sole discretion accept or reject orders, or advise you of its inability to process orders.

MNC Group will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of an order, by e-mail or other medium (including telephone). Such an acknowledgement of receipt may be automatically generated and shall not constitute an acceptance of the order.

MNC Group websites through which orders can be placed may contain automatic means for identifying and alerting you to certain types of input error before you place your order. Such means may not identify all errors or omissions and you should ensure that the information you submit in your order is accurate and complete

If an order placed online through a MNC Group website, by e-mail or by telephoning a MNC Group call centre is accepted, MNC Group may advise of its acceptance of the order by e-mail or other written form. MNC Group reserves rights to acknowledge or accept verbally (by telephone) telephone orders placed through its call center or similar facilities.

Any Contract is dependant and conditional upon MNC Group's verification of availability and acceptance of both your order and your credit card or other payment details. Unless and until MNC Group confirms acceptance of both of these items, MNC Group has no obligation to provide any Products or Services, even when money has been taken online has the system is automated. Where Customer has elected to make payment other than with a credit card (and MNC Group has accepted that payment option), MNC Group is entitled to consider an order or Contract cancelled with or without notice to Customer, if MNC Group does not receive that payment within 10 days of the date of the relevant order acknowledgement. MNC Group Payment system is automated. Stock is not automated and sometimes can show in stock when out of stock, due to, orders on hold, Finance orders, returns & slow database stock updates. In some cases the system does not identify all these errors or omission. If this happens we will contact you and offer maybe a upgraded system or refund. In this case as the system is automatically generating the order that maybe be out of stock due to these reasons we shall not constitute an acceptance of the order in this case. Errors and omissions excepted

Phone Orders
Due to the broad spectrum of products MNC retail, sales advisors only can give limited advice because of the wide Varity of products sold. This advice is to the best of the sales advisors knowledge at the time of sale. Sales advisors can only have limited Knowledge. For any technical information or specific detailed information we advise to consult the manufacture. Products ordered on the phone that result in a cancellation or return because a wrong order as been made for the wrong product will result in a 25% restocking fee. By placing an order on the phone you are of the knowledge that we do not accept any errors or omissions. MNC are not responsible for what you buy or order. Suppliers for the same reasons will charge us the retailer the same rate. This is not resulting to any profit to MNC but passing on the costs for the consumer’s error.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales do not come under any Consumer law. i.e Sales of Goods Act, 1979 and DSR Distance selling regulations. Any (B2B) sales between MNC Group and the business buyer are exempt from these laws. The Business buyer can negocate terms of contract with MNC Group for Services, warranty’s, price protection for goods. But unless a contract is in place MNC offer no refunds or replacement products. Any warranty issue’s will after be dealt directly with the manufacture unless stated in agreement or contract at point of sale.. You are agreeing to these current terms.

MNC Group LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF GOODS TO B2B
B2B Agreement
The Buyer shall be bound by its Order placed with MNC. Acceptance of an placed MNC Sales Order indicates acceptance of the agreed price by both parties and these Terms.
Price
All prices will be agreed before shipping and a confirmation MNC sales order will be sent by email and a email reply must be sent to confirm the MNC sales order is correct and agreed by both parties.

Payment
The Buyer must complete payment within 30 days on the delivery date or a 5% cost of total sales order penalties will be accrued.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered on the dates specified within reasonable time of the Order being made. Shipping approximate schedules will be given. If dates can not be agreed on, MNC will cancel the order.

Faulty Goods
All faulty Goods must be returned to MNC for replacement. Where replacements are not available a refund for the cost of the goods will be issued within 30 days of receiving faulty goods back to MNC.

Cancellation
The Buyer may not cancel the Order past 48Hrs inspection off goods on delivery. If the buyer is not happy with the goods, MNC must be notified within this period. Goods must be sent back within 7 days or the buyer is excepting the order.

Indemnity
Once the buyer accepts the goods from MNC and is fully happy with its own inspection. MNC waive any indemnify. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the goods on delivery. MNC will always check the goods before despatch are to the highest of standards.

General
By ordering from MNC you are excepting these terms. MNC will do its best endeavors to provide you with all product and order information necessary to enable you to confirm the agreed order.
MNC are no liable for any damages, loss of profits, fines and/or legal costs due to the buyer not inspecting the goods on delivery. If the buyer as not mentioned any errors with order, products and services within inspection time scale MNC are not liable for the buyers mistakes.


Special Orders
Sometimes due to limited stock for discontinued items and high demand items we will after place a order with the supplier "special order" delivery times can be delayed. Special Order items and products that we do not offer a refund on as we have to have the item ordered in specifically for your order. By agreeing for us to put this item on special order you have been made clear that the delivery could be delayed on this item.
We maintain records of orders, order acknowledgements and Contracts (including these Terms and order acceptances) and retain these for a reasonable period following delivery. Whilst we may if necessary (and only on written request) be able to provide you with a copy of your Contract, these are not made generally available to Customers. We recommend that you retain a printed copy of these Terms with a copy and/or note of your order, order acknowledgment, order acceptance, payment method acceptance and invoice as evidence of purchase. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

MNC Group LTD Price Beat:

MNC Group reserve the right to price beat any prices found over the internet, other web sites must have stock and be a UK unit to be eligible for price Beat. Price beat must be confirmed Via email with link to web site so we can confirm price, shipping and the goods. We cannot price match on delivery. You can not ask for a price beat after you have bought the goods. Prices change daily. Finance Orders are not
subject to these terms.
