MNC Group LTD terms and conditions comply with current English legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence. By ordering from MNC Group you agree to these terms & Conditions that are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

These terms and conditions only cover websites owned and operated by MNC Group. Any links within our sites to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites that are not under our control.

All products and Goods supplied by MNC Group LTD remain the property of MNC Group LTD until paid for in full. They may not be used, passed on or resold by the customer until payment has been made and must be kept separately from all other goods, marked as the property of MNC Group LTD and not disposed of or passed on until ownership passes to the customer when funds are clear.
Payment for goods is generally required in full before goods are dispatched. Where credit terms are agreed for trade customers, the customer must pay within 30 days of delivery. If the credit period is exceeded, MNC Group LTD shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding sum from the due date of payment to the actual date of payment at the rate of 10%
Third party payments and contracts with credit Cards, Clearing bank payments and Finance agreements remain the property of MNC Group LTD until paid for in full. We have the right at anytime to collect goods that have not been paid for by any third party or MNC Group receiving charge back from Credit and Debit card merchants. Use of ordering on this website is deemed to imply your acceptance of all terms and conditions.

NB: Payment surcharge. No surcharge for Debit or Switch cards or using Google Checkout. 2.5% on all Credit Cards

These Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights which cannot be waived or limited by contract
