What does " NOH Factory Reworked - Newly Overhauled " really mean?
All systems will have been manufactured within the past 4 months. If for any reason the product is returned to the manufacture from the store, it cannot be re-sold as "New & Boxed" and it therefore goes through a Re-Manufacturing process where by this time normally out of date. It is then sold as "Sale Item - white box, NOH Factory Refurbished, Reworked & Re-Manufactured End of line, X Demo & clearance stock "But still as new with full 12 warranty unless stated & at least %40 Saving"

Does a Reworked unit look 2nd hand?

Absolutely not! In fact we take so much thought over the condition of the packaging, let alone the PC itself, that we are convinced you will think these systems are New & Boxed. Lets say a new unit goes out, but a cable gets left out. It is sent back because a cable was missing and then becomes a Factory Reworked unit. In this cases you unit is new.

What warranty terms will I receive with a Factory Reworked?
All our Factory Refurbished GPS, PC, Laptops and Factory Reworked goods are supplied with a 3rd Party 12-month on-site warranty or return to base warranty direct to the manufacture, covering all parts and labor. Our warranty is one of the best available with a guaranteed first time repair. This is only possible because all our Engineers carry a full range of spare parts on each visit made.

An extended 3 year warranty for PC only
can be purchased for complete peace of mind for only 149.00 + VAT. If however you take out the extended warranty when you purchase the machine this price is reduced to 99.00 + VAT. It is worth noting that if you were to purchase an extended warranty for a New & Boxed system from a high street PC store you would pay over 225.00.

Refurbished, Factory Reworked System Boxed As New All models shown are subject to stock availability & specifications may be subject to change. MNC will either replace/repair Refurbish second hand equipment, display models, ex demo (non-returnable items) & Re-manufactured (Boxed as New) systems under the warranty period and terms and condition guidelines where applicable. No refunds can be rewarded for any of these systems. All laptop batteries are refurbished and should have a minimum charge of a round 30 Mins. We only warranty some batteries for 7 Days as stated in spec from the date of purchase. Some Laptops will have imperfect cosmetics, scratches and blemishes due to the nature of second hand goods & Re-manufactured (Boxed as New) but all hardware will be in working condition.

Direct from Dell Factory Outlet
Dell Factory Outlet systems means for any reason the product was returned to the manufacture
within 7 days from new. Windows may not have been loaded on the unit or have a missing parts power cable battery etc. The unit can not be re-sold as "New" even thou its not been used and his still new with 1 years full warranty or 3Yr On Site Warranty in most cases.

Second Hand Refurbished Systems Grade A
These systems are professionally refurbished and are of the best quality available for systems over one year old. You've got no chance of finding one in better condition, but plenty of chance of getting a duffer if you go elsewhere! Grade A is only ever given to the highest quality refurbished stock. Each unit is put through a proper and comprehensive testing and refurbishing procedure to ensure that it reaches you in top condition. There may be up to 1-3 Dead Pixels, Mark(s) on Screen, Pressure Mark(s), Cosmetic marks to plastics, Worn keycaps and obviously some wear on the keyboard - but any defects will have been rectified during the refurbishment process.

Please Note: Satellite Navigation Systems should only be used as an Navigational Aid and users should not heavily rely on SatNav systems for routes, speed, highway codes etc. Hence any map discrepancies should be reported to the Map Manufacturer where fixes may be available via updates or anticipated updates. Sometimes a External Aerial can help reception especially with some cars with heat reflective windscreens etc. * MNC except no returns for Bluetooth Compatibility issues with hands free calling These issues will not be regarded as faults and are not eligible for refunds.

WHITE BOX NOH

White Boxed units Are newly overhauled 1-year warranty guarantee uits the same warranty as any new unit. White box means if for any reason the product is returned to the manufacture from the store it cannot be re-sold as "New & Boxed" and it therefore goes through a Re-Manufacturing process because the unit may have not had software loaded on the unit or have a missing cable. The units are still new and never have been used. By the time the unit as been WHITE BOXED by this time, sometimes the unit is normally out of date, so upto date software will be loaded on.
It is then sold as "White box or NOH"

Sale Items
All Sale Items are Non-Refundable. Only exchanges allowed or credit if faulty. Normally sale items are coming to end of line or low on stock or on promotion for clearance etc. Sometimes Due to items being discounted and in most cases taken off the site, it is too expensive to put one item back on the site that has been returned. Like shops having a sale or clearance section the same terms apply that no refunds will be given and you are agreeing to these terms. All our items on site will list that is a sale item in product specification, these units are tested before despatch.

NB: These products is a Non-Returnable Items and you are fully aware and understand these terms. The product is not brand new and can not be return to the manufacture for full refund. End of line, refurbished, sale items and reduced stock will be replaced or repaired. The are clearence products on sale. These goods or services where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be controlled by the supplier MNC.
