When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated at time of ordering, subject to these Terms and all other Terms found elsewhere on this site.

Accepted payment methods are currently Credit/Debit cards only (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron).

When you place your Order online you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If the Product is not available we will let you know by email.

MNC may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

If you are a tourist from outside the European Union you are able to benefit from Value Added Tax relief on your purchase whilst in the UK under the Retail Export Scheme.

1, We charge VAT at the point of sale.

2, Ask us for a Retail Export Scheme certificate to be included with your goods. (Please call 0870 330 8666 after placing order & quote your order number ).

3, Get this certificate stamped by HM Customs & Excise at your point of departure from the country. This must be within three months of the purchase date.

4, Return the form to us for your VAT refund. Your refund will be applied to the same credit card as was used to make the purchase less our £6 administration charge for undertaking this service.
