Payment Instructions - what you need to do now


1. Should you have any queries or wish to make an amendment, please call a system advisor on 01752 209294,
quoting your name. Working hours are 9am until 5pm. The lines are also open during the evening from 6pm
until 9pm for your convenience. Alternatively, to save your phone bill, you can log a 'Call back request'.
This is available by logging on to the website.

2. Print out two copies of the attached order confirmation form

3. Choose a method of payment from the options listed below.

4. Complete, fold and return one of the confirmation forms to us, together with your payment and/or
indication of payment method. Retain the other copy for your own records.

Payment Methods


Cheque - Delivery time 7-10 working days
Please make your cheque or banker's draft payable to 'MYNEWCAR'

Credit / Debit Cards – Delivery Time 3 -10 Working Days
Please note there is a 2.5% surcharge for orders made with a credit card, there is no surcharge if you order using a debit card.
If you wish to pay by card, please see the additional notes on the Bottom of page.

Direct Transfer/ Banker's Draft - Delivery time 3-7 working days.
A direct transfer can be made

1. Over the phone by calling your bank
2. Via Internet banking (if you have this facility)
3. In person at a bank


Please request to transfer the exact amount shown on your order confirmation form to the account detailed above. If possible enclose your BACS/direct payment receipt/print out with your form.

When will i get my product


Delivery time is mainly dependent on method of payment (see above). As soon as we receive your payment we will contact you with
a provisional delivery date. On rare occasions, a component may be out of stock or we may require an extended period for
configuration & testing. Your invoice and warranty will arrive with your computer.

Change of address


If you expect to change your address in the near future, don't worry. We will contact you after your payment is received to verify
your details and arrange a alternative delivery address or more convenient delivery time if necessary. Again, should you have
any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can request a call-back on the website if you wish, so you don’t have to pay for the call.

Paying By Debit / Credit Card



Please note there is a 2.5% surcharge for orders made with a credit card, there is no surcharge if you order using a debit card.

Protection Against Card Fraud

We can only send the goods to the actual card-holder address. The order must also be in the name of the card-holder.
This means that if somebody is buying the computer for you with their card, on your behalf, the order will be in their name
and not yours. If this creates a problem you could consider paying with one of the alternative payment methods.

Making Payment By Card
There are two ways a card order can be processed and you are free to use whichever method is most convenient.

1) You can call us or request a call-back and we will take your order and card details over the phone.

2) If you request a quote and subsequently wish to proceed with an order using the card payment option,
simply tick the relevant box on the quote. When we receive your returned quote/confirmation form and proof of ID
(see below), we will call you for card details.

Proof of I.D (card transactions only)
Please return 1 piece of I.D. from the list below to the address at the bottom of this email. You will need to send back an original, not a photo-copy or fax. Your I.D. will be treated with care and in confidence.
We will return it to you by courier or recorded delivery as soon as it has been authenticated, usually within 2-5 days, or with your computer if dispatched sooner. The I.D. must tally with the registered name and
address of the cardholder making the purchase.

Acceptable forms of I.D.
The following are acceptable forms of I.D. It should be as recent as possible and no more than 14 weeks old.

Utility Bill – gas, electric, water, land-line phone
Local Authority (council) tax bill
Bank, building society or credit card statement
Most recent mortgage statement
